Yamashita Tomohisa’s fourth solo single, “Hadakanbo”, was released on the 19th of January and has already claimed the top spot on the charts!
Yamashita’s single is his first solo release in about four months, and “Hadakanbo” sold 68,000 copies in its first week, giving the popular NEWS member nothing but chart-topping singles since his debut with“Daite Señorita.” Including his participation in NEWS, Akira to Shuuji, and GYM, Yamashita currently has an impressive 21 consecutive singles that have ranked at number one under his belt.
On the 26th, Yamashita Tomohisa will also be unleashing his first solo album, “SUPERGOOD, SUPERBAD.”
